Tesla and SpaceX CEO and the current richest person in the world, Elon Musk is very popular for his sense of humor on social media and on Saturday, he tagged the Kremlin’s official account to ask if the Russian president would like to join him in a conversation on Clubhouse.

Clubhouse is an invite-only audio-only app currently making wave on the internet, Elon Musk recently tagged it “his new favorite social media app.”
In response, the Kremlin called Musk’s invitation “interesting” however, adding that it would need to know more details about Musk’s request before officially responding to the request.
According to president Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov; “In general, this is certainly a very interesting proposal, but we need to somehow understand what is meant, what is proposed exactly, so first we will somehow check all this, and then we will react.” He went further to stress that Putin does not use social networks, and he personally does not manage his social media accounts.”
